This is a short note from me this month. I will be sending newsletters less frequently this year. I have several projects in progress and I’ve decided to spend more time on them. Since there are still only 24 hours in each day (how annoying!), I need to reallocate my time.
What are these projects? Well, they are all within my normal areas of interest: writing, gardening and making quilts. Writing is taking more of my time since I am working on two story projects and want to add more to this website. I have a couple of ideas to redesign parts of my garden and have a whole lot of seed-sowing and planting to do. As for making quilts – I have so many unfinished projects yet I keep starting more!
If you are interested in any of those activities, I invite you to check back here (or follow my website in Feedly) to read my latest posts. I’ll still be on social media – Instagram, my Creative Dabbling Facebook page and my Writers and Readers Southern Highlands Facebook page. I’d love you to leave comments in any of those places, so let’s continue our dialogue!

In the meantime, please enjoy this photo of one of my Japanese windflowers in bud. I have masses of them in the garden and am watching them to see flowers emerge each day. I love this time of the year, as we move into autumn!
